About The Position

Relationship Bankers build customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and engagement wherever and whenever customers need assistance. They establish trust, assess and address banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, educate clients about available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend financial solutions tailored to customers’ goals. They also originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open and/or close the branch. The position includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance with applicable registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Four to five or more years of job-related retail banking experience, or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
