About The Position

Mascoma Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I to join its Retail Team and provide exceptional customer service while supporting customers’ financial well-being. The position serves as a first point of contact for customers, helping with daily banking transactions and inquiries, building customer relationships, and identifying ways to address customer needs through the bank’s products and services. The role covers the White River branches (Sykes and Maple St) and may occasionally provide coverage in West Lebanon, NH. The banker guides customers through account opening and application processes, helps them understand how to manage their finances, and takes ownership of the customer experience with a focus on first-contact resolution. The position also requires safeguarding confidential records and following bank policies and procedures, including applicable monitoring and reporting requirements. Final candidates must successfully complete background and credit screenings. Mascoma Bank states that screening results are evaluated case by case and that a record does not automatically disqualify a candidate. The bank describes its commitment to inclusion, belonging, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action, and offers a contact for accommodation requests.
