Relationship Bankers build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment-based, and virtual interactions, using a digital-first mindset to provide counsel. They establish trust by assessing and addressing customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, explaining deposit and loan products and services, and recommending solutions aligned with customers’ goals. The role includes proactive outreach and follow-up, identifying solutions for new and existing clients, maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products—including digital services—and delivering a consistent client experience. Relationship Bankers greet clients, process basic transactions, open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. They collaborate with branch teammates and partners, educate clients about digital and self-service tools, and use available resources and technology to deliver accurate, operationally excellent service. The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Registration includes criminal background and credit checks; failure to meet or maintain registration requirements may result in rescission of an offer or termination of employment.
