About The Position
PAM Health Aiken is hiring a PRN Rehabilitation Technician for its new rehabilitation hospital. The role supports care for a diverse patient population, including chronically and critically ill patients who need extended hospital care. The technician participates in patient activities under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant, remains flexible to meet department needs, and provides clerical backup as needed. Prior inpatient hospital experience or a commitment to learning is welcomed.
Requirements
- Current BLS certification is required.
- No experience is required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior healthcare experience highly preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Participate in patient activities under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant.
- Remain flexible to meet the needs of the department.
- Provide clerical backup to the department as needed.
