About The Position
The Rehabilitation Aide assists rehabilitation professionals in delivering therapeutic care to patients. The role involves a mix of administrative tasks and direct patient support to ensure a smooth rehabilitation process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care

Responsibilities
- Support rehabilitation staff in daily operations
- Assist patients with exercises and mobility
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to staff
