About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Treatment Program Coordinator to join our team. This role involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving patients' physical, social, and mental functions while aligning with departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in treatment program coordination or similar roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary setting to enhance patient care.
• Assist in the planning and execution of group therapy sessions to facilitate social interaction and support.
• Document patient progress and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in treatment methodologies.
