About The Position

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team. Monitor and document patients' vital signs and overall health status. Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Support a safe and clean environment for patient care.

Requirements

• Valid and unencunbered LPN license in the state of practice.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
