About The Position

The Rehabilitation Aide assists with clinical and administrative coordination for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services. The role primarily involves setting up for patients, transporting patients to and from the department, assisting with routine ambulation and therapeutic techniques, cleaning, and clerical assignments. The position is per diem/variable and is scheduled Monday through Friday on an 8-hour day shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare provider CPR certification.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the listed physical requirements, including frequent lifting and carrying, assisting patients weighing up to 300 pounds or more with help from other staff and proper body mechanics, and responding to safety-related situations with sufficient vision and hearing.
