About The Position
The Rehab Program Manager - Outpatient PT position offers great work-life balance and flexibility of hours, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN. This role is located in Dallas, TX, within an assisted living, independent living, or outpatient setting in a lovely community, working with higher functioning residents. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, excels at developing relationships, and is ambitious. The Program Manager will improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the key contact for customers, residents, and staff. Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Current CPR certification, preferred
