About The Position
Aegis Therapies is seeking an Outpatient Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join their team as a Rehab Program Manager. The position is located in Valora - Orono, MN, within an assisted living, independent living, and outpatient setting, working with higher-functioning residents. Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
- Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
- Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
