About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager for their Outpatient - Physical Therapy Assistant program. This role offers a great work-life balance and flexibility in hours, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. The position is located at The Oaks At Brownsburg in Brownsburg, IN, within an assisted living, independent living, and outpatient setting. The Program Manager will work with higher functioning residents in a lovely community, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, no weekends, and no evenings. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, skilled at developing relationships, and ambitious. The Program Manager will improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the primary contact for customers, residents, and staff.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks.
• Scheduling.
• Serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
