About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager for an outpatient rehabilitation program at Aspire Senior Living in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The role is based in an assisted living and independent living community, serving higher-functioning residents. The Program Manager treats patients while serving as a team lead and developing leadership skills through administrative duties, including scheduling and acting as a liaison for the Area Manager. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and no weekends or evenings. New graduates are welcome.

Requirements

• Current license, or ability to obtain a license, as a therapist or assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in the outpatient rehabilitation program.
• Serve as a lead in the building and develop leadership experience.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Build relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient care.
