Outpatient PTA - Rehab Program Manager
About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager for their Outpatient program at The Oaks At Brownsburg. This role offers a great work-life balance with flexible hours, and opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff, focusing on improving the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills. The position is located in an assisted living and independent living community setting, working with higher functioning residents, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, no weekends, and no evenings.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Current CPR certification
