About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
- Capability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and delivering excellent customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of patient treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients using appropriate techniques and modalities.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation protocols.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment while ensuring that all equipment is functional and sanitized.
