PTA Rehab Director (DOR)
About The Position
Meadow Falls of Rocky River is hiring a full-time Rehab Director who must be a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). The role provides rehabilitative services to senior residents in an on-site senior living community, working under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated care team. The position emphasizes attentive one-on-one therapy and functional treatments delivered through a holistic, patient-centered approach. The director will also have opportunities for mentorship, hands-on experience with innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments, career advancement, and development of clinical interests and subject matter expertise. The role is eligible for a $5,000 bonus and pays $27.00–$38.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science degree in the area of discipline.
- Current license in the state of practice.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
Responsibilities
- Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents.
- Administer functional treatments that emphasize a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
