The Program Manager Outpatient role offers the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the “go to person” on the team for the customer, resident, and staff. Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join their supportive team.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
- Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
- Provide the best patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
