About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager for their Outpatient rehabilitation program. The Program Manager will work with higher functioning residents in a lovely community setting, including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient clinics. The Program Manager will be the "go to person" for customers, residents, and staff, improving the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills. Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
- Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
- Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
- Provide rehabilitation and wellness services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care.
