Outpatient PT - Rehab Program Manager
About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager for their Outpatient PT program. This role offers a great work-life balance with flexible hours, and opportunities for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN positions. The Program Manager will work in a lovely assisted living and independent living community setting, focusing on higher-functioning residents. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, skilled at relationship development, and ambitious. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff, improving the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
- Current CPR certification, preferred
Responsibilities
- Treat patients

- Serve as a liaison for Area Manager
