About The Position

Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to build and maintain systems that make regulatory compliance visible, trackable, and consistent across an organization operating in approximately 15 states. The role focuses especially on ensuring that children enrolled in Healthy Kids programs have required medical and health documentation on file and up to date. It includes conducting audits, identifying gaps and systemic issues, tracking corrective actions, reporting significant issues to leadership, and finding opportunities to improve or automate processes. The manager collaborates across Operations, Registration, HR, Payroll, Finance/Business Transformation, and senior leadership, with regular interaction with the CEO. The position is based in person at 2 Summit Court, Fishkill, New York.
