This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Bioethics (PHI2396, Section C00) during the Fall 2026 semester. The course will study moral issues in medical research and health care, and the role of moral theories in addressing them. Possible topics include human and animal experimentation; the rights and duties of health professionals and patients; euthanasia, abortion, reproductive technologies, genetic screening; and funding and allocation decisions. The teaching mode is in-person, with classes scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:30 to 18:50. The expected enrollment is 250 students, and the course is worth 3 credits.
