About The Position
This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position in the Department of Philosophy within the Faculty of Arts for the Winter 2027 semester. The course, PHI1104-C00 (Great Philosophers), is an historical introduction to philosophy through the study of major philosophers. The course is taught in person on Wednesdays from 16:00 to 17:20 and Fridays from 14:30 to 15:50. The expected enrollment is 150 students, and the course is worth 3 credits. The language of instruction is English.
Requirements
- Ph.D in Philosophy.
- Experience in teaching at university level in Philosophy.
- Competence in a second language is not applicable for this position.
- Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training.

Responsibilities
- Teach the course PHI1104-C00 (Great Philosophers) during the Winter 2027 semester.
