About The Position
A hands-on, team-based introduction to engineering design for engineers and computer scientists. Topics include design thinking, engineering design process, prototyping, engineering economics, safety, ethics and project management.
Requirements
- Expertise in hands-on, open ended engineering design from industry or academia.
- Must be a registered engineer in one of the provinces of Canada.
- PhD will be considered first.
- An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach Engineering Design course GNG1103 Section A.
- Deliver instruction in English.
- Conduct classes on Tuesdays from 11:30-13:00 and Fridays from 13:00-14:30.
