About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position to teach Organizational Communication Theories (CMN5131, Section A00) during the Fall 2026 academic period. The course will be offered in English and in person on Mondays from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The expected enrollment is 20 students, and the course is worth 3 credits. The hourly rate for teaching is $239.47 (2024-2025 rates), which does not include vacation or statutory pay and will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified, with retroactivity paid after ratification. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31.

Requirements

PH.D. in communication.
Research area directly related to organizational communication.
Publications related to the field of organizational communication.
Excellent knowledge of organizational communication theories.
An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
