About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor in the Civil Law Section at the University of Ottawa, teaching the course "Droit du fédéralisme canadien" (DCC3504 Section AA00) during the 2027 Winter Semester. The course covers the history of Canadian federalism, basic rules of legislative competence sharing, and an overview of linguistic rights and Indigenous peoples' rights. Requirements

  • Knowledge of Canadian federalism history
  • Knowledge of basic rules for legislative competence sharing
  • Knowledge of linguistic rights and Indigenous peoples' rights
  • An acceptable level of education and/or experience equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience
  • Passive competence in French
