About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor in the Civil Law Section, within the Faculty of Civil Law, for the 2027 Winter Semester. The course, titled "Ordre juridique autochtone et droit international" (Course Code: DCC1704, Section: A00), provides an introduction to international law and a study of Indigenous legal traditions in this area, including alliances, treaties, and protocols. The course will be taught in French and is scheduled for Thursdays from 18:00-21:00 virtually. The expected enrolment is 30 students, and the course carries 1.5 credits with 19.5 work hours.
