About The Position

The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor for Introduction to Computer Science II (ITI1521, Section A) for the 2027 Winter Semester. This course covers object-oriented programming, abstraction principles (masking and encapsulation), linked lists, stacks, queues, binary search trees, iterative and recursive data structure processing, and virtual machines. Requirements

Excellent knowledge of the course content, demonstrated by teaching similar courses or relevant employment experience.
Regular applicants must have obtained a doctorate in a field relevant to the course subject, particularly for specialized courses, or have relevant work experience after obtaining their doctorate.
Completion of all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
