About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position for the course FLS2512, Section A00, titled 'Communication orale et écrite en français – Intermédiaire II', during the Fall 2026 semester at the Main Campus. Requirements

Master's degree in Didactics of French as a Second Language or a relevant field for teaching French as a Second Language.
Two years of experience teaching FLS at the university level, or equivalent.
Familiarity with software and technology relevant to teaching French as a Second Language courses.
Any professor who taught an FLS/ESL course at OLBI before January 1, 2018, is considered to meet the degree requirement.
An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.

Responsibilities

Teach 'Communication orale et écrite en français – Intermédiaire II' (FLS2512, Section A00).
Comprehend written and audio documents of general and university interest.
Practice oral expression through free discussions, short presentations, and oral exercises.
Practice written expression focusing on simple and complex sentences, paragraphs, and short texts.
Systematize knowledge of the linguistic code.
Engage in individual practice.
