The Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute (OLBI) at the University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach FLS2751, Section A00, Discutons en français, during the Fall 2026 semester. This course focuses on the study and practice of oral communication in everyday and semi-formal language registers, including expressing opinions and feelings, observing and imitating various models, and engaging in directed conversations and discussions. The course involves in-class and laboratory exercises. The position is limited to regular part-time professors. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31. The offered rates do not include vacation or statutory pay and will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified, with retroactivity paid after ratification.
