About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position to teach ENG1140 A00, Introduction to Indigenous Literatures, during the Fall 2026 semester. The course will cover traditional and contemporary Indigenous Literatures, with potential variations in genres, forms, topics, and regions of focus. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31. The hourly rate for teaching is $239.47 (2024-2025), exclusive of vacation and statutory pay, and will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified, with retroactivity paid after ratification. Requirements

Ph.D (English)
An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
