The Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Psychology at the University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Psychometric Methods (PSY3307, Section B00) during the Fall 2026 semester. This course covers the rationale and problems of psychometric methods, test construction and item analysis, psychometric properties of tests (reliability, validity, standard error), different types of norms, and various tests and models for intelligence, aptitude, interest, and personality. The course component is a lecture, and it is offered in person.
