The School of Political Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach POL3159 - Indigenous Politics in Canada during the 2027 Winter Semester. This course will examine the historical and contemporary challenges in the relationship between Indigenous peoples and the state in Canada, including Indigenous rights, governance approaches, and movements. The course is expected to have an enrolment of 78 students and is worth 3 credits. The instruction will be in English, and the course is planned to be offered in person, though the teaching method may be adjusted due to public health measures or other reasons.
