About The Position

USPI – Bluffton Okatie Surgery Center is seeking a motivated part-time Registration Representative. The role interfaces with patients and families, physicians, and staff. The Registration Representative admits patients, processes paperwork, updates patient demographics and other information in the system, collects monies due, documents transactions in the billing system, handles funds according to office procedure, and answers incoming phone calls.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of medical receptionist experience.
• Ability to operate the office equipment required to fulfill job duties.
• Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Medical terminology and computer experience are beneficial.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.
