About The Position

The Registration Representative works in a highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to provide patient care. The role’s primary purpose is to collect accurate demographic, financial, and basic medical information from patients or their designees in a timely and professional manner.

The position is with Methodist Southlake Medical Center, a 54-bed acute care hospital serving Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, and northeastern Tarrant County in North Texas. The hospital offers services including emergency care, advanced surgery, and imaging, and has operating and endoscopy suites, a diagnostic and interventional catheterization lab, and an expanded emergency department. The organization strives to have a diverse workforce that reflects the communities it serves.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience.

• 1 year of admitting experience preferred.
