Registration Representative
About The Position
Avita Health System is seeking a Registration Representative for its Registration Department at Avita Ontario Hospital. The role arranges efficient, orderly admissions for inpatients and for individuals receiving hospital-based outpatient testing or procedures. It collects patient information and ensures patients are aware of hospital policies and procedures. The representative interviews incoming patients or their representatives, enters required admission information into a computer database, distributes appropriate information to ancillary departments, and participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience dealing with customers.
