About The Position

The Registration and Records Assistant II is responsible for researching and analyzing student data reported on the academic record associated with the transfer and test credits; preparing special reports, examining and verifying documents, and performing general office duties; and other duties as assigned. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • Formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, record keeping, or a related field
  • OR
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • Experience in customer service, record keeping, or a related field
  • Knowledge of record keeping procedures
  • Knowledge of computers and software applications
  • Ability to conduct research and compile data into report form
  • Ability to establish and maintain filing systems
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to analyze documents to determine compliance with rules, regulations and procedures
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
