About The Position
Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide personalized, one-on-one home health care in the Pittsburgh area. The nurse conducts thorough assessments and develops individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families. The role includes treatments, IV starts, chest tube management, and wound care, as well as educating and empowering patients and families to manage health conditions and build confidence in self-care. The nurse uses clinical assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and identify changes, while working independently and managing time effectively. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN).
- A minimum of one year of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse is recommended.
- Home care experience is recommended.
- Adaptability, compassion, and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
