Registered Nurse - Staffing Center - Float RN
About The Position
Trinity Health Grand Rapids Staffing Center nurses provide staffing resources to hospital units when there are shortages. The Registered Nurse works collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care using evidence-based medicine and individualized care, and facilitates all aspects of the patient visit experience. This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week on the night shift, with 12-hour shifts. The facility is Magnet designated and has active shared decision-making councils. It strives to improve outcomes and provide exceptional experiences for patients, staff, and the community.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school and program.
- Associate degree in nursing required.
- Licensed in the State of Michigan.
- Experience as a registered nurse required.
- In Grand Rapids, nurses with an ADN must enroll in a BSN program within six months of hire and complete it within four years of hire.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
