About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) works in a collaborative environment as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care using evidence-based medicine and individualized care. The RN facilitates all aspects of the patient visit experience. Staffing Center nurses provide resources to hospital units during staffing shortages. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, on a 12-hour night shift at Trinity Health Grand Rapids. The facility is Magnet-designated and has active shared decision-making councils.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school and program.
- Associate degree in nursing required.
- Licensed in the State of Michigan.
- Experience as a registered nurse required.
- For Grand Rapids nurses with an ADN: enroll in a BSN program within six months of hire and complete it within four years of hire.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
