Registered Nurse - Stepdown Neuro
About The Position
This is a three-month travel/contract Registered Nurse opportunity in a Stepdown Neuro specialty unit at a major hospital campus in Cleveland, Ohio. The position is onsite and scheduled for night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week. The traveler must work at least every other holiday. During orientation, the nurse must complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments and achieve acceptable scores on both. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available. A permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license must be in hand at submission. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. At least 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty being applied for is required. COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are required, with medical or religious exemptions only.
Requirements
- Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license in hand at time of submission.
- AHA or facility-accepted BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- NIHSS certification.
- At least 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty being applied for.
