About The Position

As a Registered Nurse on the 18-bed Telemetry Neuro Stepdown unit at Bryn Mawr Hospital, you will provide care and treatment to patients, significantly impacting their experience. Requirements

• 1 year of recent telemetry Nurse experience required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and treatment to patients within the 18-bed Telemetry Neuro Stepdown unit.
• Contribute to the patient experience through integral care and treatment.
• Gain experience relevant to Critical Care RN opportunities.
• Participate in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, and precepting new staff.
• Pursue the Clinical Ladder program.
