About The Position

Could you be our next Stepdown/PCU Nurse at Riddle Hospital? As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the 17 bed unit, your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for the progressive care/stepdown patient population.

Requirements

• One year of recent Telemetry level Nurse experience required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the progressive care/stepdown patient population.
• Participating in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
