About The Position
This role requires a Registered Nurse with experience in Stepdown/Progressive Care units. The nurse will be responsible for telemetry monitoring and caring for cardiac, post-surgical, and high-acuity medical patients. Strong critical care assessment and clinical judgment skills are essential.
Requirements
- 2 years of RN Stepdown/Progressive Care experience
- Telemetry monitoring experience
- Cerner EMR experience
- Active Michigan RN License
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- ACLS Certification (AHA)
- Strong critical care assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Experience caring for cardiac, post-surgical, and high-acuity medical patients
- Ability to work every other weekend
