Registered Nurse - Med Surg Neuro - Stepdown
About The Position
The Medical Surgical Neuro Registered Nurse at United Health Services provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients with neurological and medical-surgical conditions. The role supports recovery from stroke, neurological disorders, and complex medical conditions while promoting safety, healing, and optimal outcomes. The RN works in the MT3 Neuro Stepdown unit at UHS Wilson Medical Center on the night shift, with 36 scheduled hours per week. Compensation is $40.70–$61.05 per hour, depending on experience. Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Current New York State RN license.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
- Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
- Professional certification in a related nursing specialty.
- Relevant skills certification, such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC, as required by the assigned home unit.
