About The Position

The Medical Surgical Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) at United Health Services provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients with neurological and medical-surgical conditions. The RN supports patients recovering from stroke, neurological disorders, and complex medical conditions while promoting safety, healing, and optimal outcomes. The position is based in the MT3 Neuro Stepdown unit at UHS Wilson Medical Center and has a regular schedule of 36 hours per week on the night shift.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Current New York State RN license.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
Professional certification in a related nursing specialty.
Relevant skills certification, such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC, as required by the assigned home unit.
