About The Position
Join the Neuro Care Center Medical Surgical team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as a day-shift, PRN Registered Nurse. The RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents care in accordance with HHS standards to provide efficient, effective, quality patient care. The position requires age-appropriate care and knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan, including assessing patient-status data and identifying age-specific needs. The RN plans, develops, modifies, and implements patient care plans in accordance with HHS standards and Patient Care policies and procedures, and follows the rules and regulations of the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Current valid Oklahoma or Multistate RN License.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and before providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with HHS standards.
- Provide care appropriate to the ages of patients served on the assigned unit.
- Apply knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan; assess patient-status data and identify age-specific care needs.
- Develop, modify, and implement patient care plans in accordance with HHS standards and Patient Care policies and procedures.
- Follow the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
