1:1 Home Care Registered Nurse
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The role serves clients ranging from infants to older adults, with care needs ranging from low acuity to tracheostomy and ventilator care. Nurses receive onboarding, training, and case support, and work autonomously while building relationships with clients and observing their progress. The position involves traveling to one nearby client home per shift and providing traditional shifts of 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours. Scheduling is flexible and based on nurse preferences, with no minimum hours. The role is available full-time, part-time, or per diem. Compensation is $34–$39 per hour, depending on qualifications.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities
- Travel to one nearby client’s home according to the chosen schedule.
- Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Provide hands-on, one-to-one skilled nursing care in the home and perform nursing skills with autonomy.
