About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses for one-on-one infant and toddler home care with its Monmouth County Skilled Nursing team. Opportunities include infant care (birth to 1 year) in Asbury Park, Holmdel, Howell, and Morganville, and toddler care in Red Bank and West Long Branch. Nurses travel to one client’s home for shifts and provide hands-on care, build client relationships, and support clients’ development. The role offers day, evening, and overnight opportunities, with flexible scheduling based on availability.

Private duty nursing involves traditional shift types and care for one client at a time. Nurses follow, carry out, and document doctors’ orders; assess clients and monitor their conditions; and document observations, interventions, and evaluations. Nurses are empowered to perform skills autonomously in the home. Pay is $34–$39, based on qualifications.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home according to an agreed schedule.
• Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide one-on-one hands-on care in the home.
