About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes in North Carolina. Nurses focus on an individual patient’s needs, build relationships with families, and provide care as part of a supportive, people-first team. The role includes flexible scheduling, individualized paid training, ongoing mentorship, and 24/7 clinical support. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements, with a minimum PRN commitment of 24 hours per month. Shifts may be 8, 10, or 12 hours and can be scheduled for days, afternoons, evenings, or nights. Pay is $28–$33 per hour in North Carolina, depending on commitment and shift. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home nearby according to an agreed schedule.
• Provide individualized nursing care based on the patient’s plan of care.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
