Registered Nurse (RN)- Flexible 1:1 Home Care
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for infant, pediatric, adult, or geriatric care to join its Monmouth County Skilled Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality private duty nursing to clients in their homes, with one-on-one hands-on care and opportunities to build client relationships and observe milestones. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and work a schedule they choose. The position offers flexible scheduling with no minimum hours and traditional shift types. Pay is $34–$39 per hour, based on qualifications.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Provide one-on-one hands-on care and build relationships with clients.
