About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team through the Upstate Skilled Office. The position provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with a schedule selected to suit the nurse and matched to a nearby client. BAYADA describes its care as compassionate, excellent, and reliable and offers paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and ongoing nurse appreciation events.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one nearby client’s home on a schedule chosen by the nurse and matched with a client.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
